We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available.
Free trials
Plans with a free trial are not charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
Subscriptions
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.
- If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Partial periods are not refunded.
- If you are charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the incorrect charge.
Setup fees
Setup fees cover configuration work. They are refundable in full if you cancel before setup begins, and are not refundable once setup has started.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–7 working days to credit the amount.
